The Management Board of Shoper S.A., acting pursuant to art. 395, 399
(1) in connection with art. 402(1) (1) and 2 and art. 402(2) of the
Commercial Companies Code and in accordance with the Company’s Articles
of Association, hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders has been convened for June 11, 2024, to be held at 10:00
a.m. at the Company’s registered office at 9 Pawia Street, 31-154 Kraków.
