Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the “Company”) informs that due to the prolonged audit of the Company’s financial statements for 2023, resulting lack of materials constituting the basis for considering matters and conducting votes included in the agenda of OGM, the Ordinary General Meeting was closed today without adopting resolutions.

The next General Meeting will be convened immediately after receiving the audit opinion and preparing the necessary materials.
