According to the paragraph 5.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of
Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information
published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which
such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information
required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member
state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. hereby informs
that today it has obtained information that members of the Supervisory
Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. – Mr. Piotr Jaworski and Ms. Ilona
Wołyniec – have decided to resign from running for appointment to the
Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. for the next term.

Mr. Piotr Jaworski pointed to the appointment to the Management Board of
PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. for a new term as the reason for the decision.

Ms. Ilona Wołyniec did not point out the reason for the decision.
