The Management
Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw
(the “Company”) informs, pursuant to Article 19 (3) of the
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and
repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the
Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and
2004/72/EC (the “MAR Regulation”), that on June 7, 2024,
the Company received from a person discharging managerial
responsibilities within the meaning of the MAR Regulation: Mr. Michał
Wnorowski – Vice Charman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a
notification of transactions
in the Company’s shares, as referred to in Article 19 (1) of the MAR
Regulation.

The notification
is attached hereto.
