from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as of
December 12, 2024. </font></span>

Remuneration and Nomination Committee recommended Michael Kotzbauer as
a candidate for the vacant position. His appointment to the Bank’s
supervisory board depends on a positive assessment of his suitability. </font></span>
