The Management Board of „DINO POLSKA” S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports
that on 10 May 2024 it received a notice from The Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc., prepared in accordance with Article 69 Section 1 and Article 69b
Section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Terms
and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized
Trading System and on Public Companies, regarding exceeding the
threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company, as attached.
