The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its registered office in
Warsaw (the „Company”; the „issuer”), acting on a basis of art. 56 sec.
1 Item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, announces the
Company’s publication dates of periodic report in 2023:

I. Quarterly reports:

1) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 – May
23rd 2023 r.;

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 – Nov
21st 2023 r.

The Company informs that in 2023, it will publish consolidated quaterly
reports containing quarterly financial informations, reffered to § 62
sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March
2018 on current and periodic information.

II. Semi – annual reports:

1) Consolidated report for the first half of 2023 – Sep 19th 2023

The Company informs that in 2023, it will publish consolidated semi –
annual reports containing semi – annual financial informations, reffered
to § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March
2018 on current and periodic information.

III. Annual reports:

1) Annual report for the 2022 – Mar 7th 2023

2) Consolidated Annual report for the 2022 – Mar 7th 2023
