Gospodarstwa Krajowego hereby informs that on 25 November 2020 the
Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych SA (GPW) adopted
resolution No. 905/2020 on introduction of up to 5,000,000 of FPC1140
Series bearer bonds of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, with the agregate
nominal value of up to 5,000,000,000 PLN to the regulated market on the
GPW, as of the date of registration by the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów
Wartościowych SA, however not earlier than 27 November 2020.
