Delegating a Supervisory Board Member to temporarily perform the duties
of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.

Alior Bank S.A. („the Bank”) hereby informs that on December 21st, 2020,
the Supervisory Board of the Bank on December 21st, 2020 delegated Mr.
Mikołaj Jerzy Handschke, Member of the Supervisory Board, to perform for
the period from December 21st, 2020 to March 20th, 2021, the activities
of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Bank, the
activities of the Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for
the area of finance.

According to the submitted statement, delegated Member of the Bank’s
Supervisory Board,

Mr. Mikołaj Jerzy Handschke does not conduct any competitive activity to
the Bank and does not participate in competing companies as partner in a
civil or personal partnership or member of competitive companies capital
or other competitive legal entities.

According to the submitted statement, delegated Member of the Bank’s
Supervisory Board, Mr. Mikołaj Jerzy Handschke is not registered in the
Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the Act of
August 20th, 1997, on the National Court Register.

Biographical note of delegated Member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board is
attached to this current report.

March 29th, 2018 concerning current and periodical information published
by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent
information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2018
item 757).
