The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., headquartered in Warsaw
(the “Company”), hereby announces a change in the date for the
publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 (the
“Report”). The Report will be published on November 29, 2024. The
previous publication date for the Report was set for November 27, 2024,
as communicated by the Company in Current Report No. 2/2024 on January
26, 2024.

Detailed Legal Basis: § 80(2) of the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic
information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for
recognizing information required by non-member states as equivalent.
