VIVID GAMES S.A.: Informacja o szacunkowych wynikach finansowych za sierpień 2024 r.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:
the “Company”, “Issuer”), informs that on September 13th, 2024, the
Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company’s preliminary
financial results for August 2024.

Sales revenue for August 2024 is expected at PLN 0.9 million. The gross
result at PLN -0.16 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.16
million. The cash balance in the Company’s bank accounts at the end of
August 2024 amounted to PLN 0.4 million. In connection with the
overdraft agreement (ESPI No. 5/2024), the level of credit utilization
was PLN 3.9 million.

Cumulatively, for the first eight months of 2024, the Issuer expects the
following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 9.3 million, gross
result at the level of PLN -0.55 million, net result at the level of PLN
-0.55 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 1.4 million.

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,
which may differ from the final data. Data for 2024 will be verified
both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the
final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account
the data for the indicated period, will be presented in periodic
reports, including the annual report for 2024.
