The Management Board of mBank Hipoteczny S.A. (“the Bank”)
hereby informs that on March 24, 2023, the rating agency Moody’s
Investors Service has downgraded the mortgage bank’s long-term issuer
ratings to Baa2 from Baa1.Moody’s Investors Service has
assigned negative outlook on mBank Hipoteczny’s long-term issuer
ratings. Additionally, mBank Hipoteczny’s P-2 short-term issuer ratings
were affirmed.The downgrade of ratings results from the
harmonized methodology of rating approach concerning highly integrated
entities.
