PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Report under Art 19 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation

The Management of Photon Energy N.V., further referred to as “Company”, informs that it received a notification on the basis of which one of its majority shareholders i.e. Solar Power to the People Cooperatief U.A., controlled by Mr. Georg Hotar, who, at the time of the transaction was considered a person disposing managerial responsibilities under the Market Abuse Regulation, sold 362,845 shares of the Company, representing 362,845 voting rights at a price of CZK 41.13 per share to AtomTrace a.s. as part of a capital contribution. Solar Power to the People Cooperatief U.A. and Georg Hotar are jointly controlling shareholders in AtomTrace a.s. (ATOMT), a technology company listed on the Start segment of the Prague Stock Exchange. The purpose of the capital contribution was to finance the continued development of AtomTrace a.s.
As a result of this transaction, Solar Power to the Peope Cooperatief U.A. decreased its shareholding in the share capital of the Company from 32.75% to 32.16%. Ulub
