Dismissal of the statement of claim for annulment of the resolution of
Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A.Regulatory announcement no
13/2025 dated 15 April 2025ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs
that on 15 April 2025 the District Court in Łódź, X Commercial Division,
has dismissed in whole the statement of claim filed by the Company’s
shareholder for annulment or repeal of the resolution no 16 adopted by
the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024 on discharge of
member of the Management Board, Mr Jan Szewczak of liability for his
activities in 2023.The verdict is not final.See also:
