The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. provides in attach the consolidated annual report for year ended December 31, 2022.
Moreover, the Issuer informs that the Company has published only consolidated annual report since according to its regulations the Issuer is not obliged to prepare separate financial statement just only for the Company.

Legal basis: Section 5.1 point 2), section 5.2 and section 5.2a of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
