ALIOR BANK S.A.: Zgoda Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego na powierzenie Panu Marcinowi Ciszewskiemu funkcji Członka Zarządu nadzorującego zarządzanie ryzykiem istotnym w działalności Alior Banku S.A.

Approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to entrust Mr.
Marcin Ciszewski with the function of the Member of the Management Board
supervising the management of risk material to Alior Bank’s operations

In reference to current report No. 56/2024 of December 19, 2024, the
Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on May
9, 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressed unanimous
consent to entrust Mr. Marcin Ciszewski with the function of the Member
of the Management Board supervising the management of risk material to
the Bank’s operations (“Decision”).

On December 19, 2024, the Bank’s Supervisory Board entrusted the
Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board, Mr. Marcin Ciszewski,
with the function of the Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board
supervising the management of risk material to the Bank’s operations,
subject to obtaining the relevant consent of the Polish Financial
Supervision Authority and as of the date of issuing this consent.

The condition referred to above was fulfilled upon the issuance of the
Decision.

Information about the education and work history of Mr. Marcin Ciszewski
was provided in the current report No. 35/2024 of August 1, 2024.

Legal basis: § 5 para 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of
March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuers
of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the laws of a Non-member state.
